Returns and refunds policy

1. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

In accordance with European directive 2011/83/EU, customers residing in the European Union have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason for their decision.

2. Return conditions

Returned items must be:

• In their original condition, unworn and unwashed
• With the tags still attached
• In their original packaging

Sale items, underwear and accessories are not eligible for return.

3. Return costs

🇨🇭 Switzerland: returns are free. Contact us to receive a prepaid return label.

🇫🇷 France & Europe: return costs are borne by the customer, except where the product is faulty or we have made a mistake.

4. Refund

The refund is issued within 14 days of the return being received and checked, using the payment method used for the order.

5. Faulty product

Where a product is faulty or we have made a mistake, return costs are covered in full by Dogleg. Contact us at [email protected] with a photo of the item concerned.

6. How to start a return

Send an e-mail to [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• The item to be returned
• The reason for the return
